TODDLER DAILY SCHEDULE

 

Our teachers will collaborate with you to create a schedule that fits your child’s needs. Our typical schedule is as follows.

 

The following schedule describes the program plan for toddlers, age 16 months to 33 months. Children are supervised at all times, Monday through Friday 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.

 

6 – 8am
Toddlers arrive at varying times, staff will obtain parents’ information, and toddlers have breakfast time. This creates a warm and friendly environment to welcome the children.

 

8 – 8:30am
Free choice. Children are still arriving and are greeted, along with having the use of the gym and play equipment, puzzles, coloring and play-doh. This develops small and large muscle groups and social skills.

 

8:30 – 9am

Work Time

 

9 – 9:30am
Music experiences, instruments will be rotated between classes. This develops an appreciation for the arts.

Art experience and table activities to encourage intellectual, social, visual and creative development.

 

9:30 – 10am
Bathroom time to promote personal care and hygiene, before group time.

 

10 – 10:20am
Outside time (weather permitting) for large muscle development.

 

10:20 - 11am

Lunch time

 

11 – 11:15am

Quiet time

 

11:15am – 1:30pm
This is nap time. Napping can be a wonderful way to recharge during the day.

 

1:30 – 2pm
Bathroom time to promote personal care and hygiene, before puzzle and play doh time.

 

2 – 2:20pm
Music experience and movement

 

2:30 - 3:15pm
Prep for snack, snack, and clean up.

 

3:15 - 4:30pm
Free choice and outside time (weather permitting)

 

4:30pm

Bathroom Time

 

4:30 - 6pm
Building blocks and table activities for small muscle development. Children are picked up at various times.
